Federal Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan on Wednesday announced that the government was working on plans to launch an air ambulance service and establish modern trauma centers on motorways in collaboration with the Pakistan Air Force (PAF).
The announcement was made during a meeting with Vice President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) Konstantin Limitovskiy and Director General Xiaohong Wang.

The AIIB delegation also expressed interest in collaboration with the National Highway Authority (NHA) and ongoing infrastructure projects in Pakistan.
