Sheikhupura police have registered a case against a man accused of climbing onto a theatre stage and assaulting actress Shama Naz during a live performance.
Shama Naz told police that the suspect forced his way onto the stage while the drama was underway. He then allegedly attacked her.
Her driver stepped in to protect her. However, the suspect also slapped him.
According to the actress, the man asked her to do something inappropriate. When she refused, he became angry and turned violent.
Police identified the suspect as Raja Zain.
City A Division Police have registered a case and launched a search to arrest him.
