Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab has inaugurated a new flyover at Korangi No. 5, a project built at a cost of nearly Rs. 750 million to improve traffic movement and connectivity in the area.

Wahab inaugurated the flyover alongside Sindh Local Government Minister Nasir Hussain Shah and other Pakistan Peoples Party office bearers.

According to the mayor, the new bridge will connect Ibrahim Hyderi, Shah Faisal Colony, Landhi and Korangi, providing motorists with a smoother route between the connected areas.

The flyover is expected to help improve the movement of traffic around Korangi No. 5 by providing a dedicated elevated route and improving connectivity between several major residential and commercial areas.

Wahab described the project as part of the ongoing development work being carried out in Karachi under the #KarachiWorks initiative. The inauguration marks the completion and opening of another road infrastructure project aimed at improving transportation links within the city.
