The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has announced an auction for the lease rights to establish and operate the Sky View Food Promenade at Islamabad International Airport, offering businesses an opportunity to secure commercial space at one of Pakistan’s busiest airports.
According to the official notice, the auction will take place on August 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room, Red Building, Block III, Islamabad International Airport.
The auction covers five commercial plots, with a starting bid price of Rs. 26,250 per square yard.
The PAA said Plots A, B, C, and E are reserved for businesses with an international brand presence, while Plot D is exclusively available to Pakistani food brands.
The authority said the lease period will be 30 years, with an option to extend it for another 20 years by mutual consent under the PAA Land Lease Policy 2019.
Interested bidders must submit two copies of their CNIC, a non-refundable participation fee of Rs. 10,000, and the required earnest money in the form of a pay order before the auction begins.
The PAA also said companies that have defaulted on PAA dues or are blacklisted will not be eligible to participate. Additional terms and conditions are available on the authority’s official website.
