The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has announced new Assistant Director and Superintendent jobs through the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC).

The recruitment includes 12 Assistant Director (Legal) BS-17 posts and 22 Superintendent BS-16 posts, taking the total number of vacancies to 34. The last date to apply is August 31, 2026.

FIA has announced 12 Assistant Director (Legal) BS-17 vacancies. Applicants must have a Second Class or Grade C LLB degree from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates also need at least two years of post-qualification experience in legal practice, prosecution, or a relevant legal field.

The basic age limit is 22 to 30 years. FPSC also allows five years of general upper-age relaxation under the applicable rules.

The vacancies include quotas for Punjab, Sindh Rural, Sindh Urban, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Ex-FATA. Women and minority quota seats are also included.

FIA has also announced 22 Superintendent BS-16 posts. Candidates with a Second Class or Grade C Master’s degree with 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university can apply.

Applicants with a Second Class or Grade C Bachelor’s degree with 14 years of education can also apply. However, they must have at least two years of post-qualification experience in accounts or administration.

Candidates must apply online through the FPSC website . FPSC will not accept manual applications or hard copies. The application fee for both BS-16 and BS-17 posts is Rs. 600.

Applicants must generate a PSID through the FPSC online portal and pay the fee through supported 1-Link channels such as ATM, mobile banking, Easypaisa or JazzCash.

Government employees must obtain a Departmental Permission Certificate (DPC) before applying.
