The Changan authorised dealership network has taken immediate action to resolve a recent customer concern involving a Deepal S05 damaged in a road accident. When the customer raised concerns regarding the preliminary repair estimates and extended repair timeline, questions emerged about repair costs, parts availability and aftersales support for the Deepal S05.

Taking ownership of the situation, Changan Multan contacted the customer in person and restored the vehicle in just two days with the final repair cost of only Rs417,434/-. The quick turnaround demonstrated the 100 per cent availability of parts, trained technicians and technical capability within Changan’s authorised aftersales network.

Changan Islamabad Motors also acknowledged that the initial estimate and repair process communicated to the customer included the visible and possible other damages which are usually discovered after dismantling (aka subject to dismantle) as per normal practice of body repair.

The Dealership CEO has personally apologised for the miscommunication and inconvenience caused. The vehicle’s damage resulted from a road accident and was not related to any malfunction of the Deepal S05 or its REEV technology. The resolution reflects the strength of Changan’s dealership network and its willingness to work together, accept responsibility and respond when customers need support. More importantly, it demonstrates that customer confidence is restored through action—and in this case, that action was completed within two days.
