A British strategic research and communication firm, Pakistan Playbook, has released an investigative report on Marka-e-Haq, stating that Pakistan maintained clear military and diplomatic superiority during the conflict.

According to the report, several Indian fighter jets, including Rafale aircraft, were destroyed, while U.S. and French intelligence officials, India’s Chief of Defense Staff, and India’s defense attaché acknowledged the heavy losses suffered by India.

The report said Pakistan’s performance exposed major weaknesses in India’s defense capabilities, particularly its air force. It added that Pakistan’s effective defense strategy prevented Indian attacks from achieving their intended targets.

Pakistan’s air defense system also played a key role in neutralizing Indian drones during the conflict. The report noted that Pakistan’s success in Marka-e-Haq reflected its advanced warfare systems, professional military capabilities, and strong strategic planning.

The report further stated that satellite imagery and supporting evidence reinforced the assessment that Pakistan did not lose any combat aircraft. It added that Pakistan’s losses remained minimal, while India reportedly suffered financial losses estimated between $45 billion and $51 billion.

On the diplomatic front, the report highlighted that Pakistan strengthened its relationships with several countries, including the United States, in the aftermath of Marka-e-Haq.

It underscored the role of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir in revitalizing Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts, enhancing engagement with Washington and other key partners, and broadening cooperation with major international institutions such as the European Union.

These efforts, the report said, helped enhance Pakistan’s global standing and credibility, while its contributions to regional peace was widely recognized and appreciated.

The report concluded that success in modern warfare depends not only on defense spending, but also on effective leadership, professional expertise, advanced warfare systems, and strong strategy.
