Airblue has announced a recruitment drive for rated captains as part of its ongoing fleet expansion plans.
The airline is seeking experienced Airbus A320 captains and has outlined several eligibility requirements for applicants.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1,000 flight hours on the Airbus A320 and recent operational experience on the aircraft within the last 12 months.
Applicants are also required to hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL), an A320 type rating endorsed on their licence, a valid Class-1 Medical Certificate, and a valid Instrument Rating.
The airline said candidates should have no history of accidents or incidents and must possess ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
Airblue further stated that applicants must hold at least a bachelor’s degree.
Interested candidates can apply through the airline’s careers portal as the company continues to expand its operations and strengthen its pilot workforce.
