Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has ordered an immediate safety audit of school buildings located in densely populated areas across the province۔
اُسَنے اَدھِکَارِیءآں نُوں سَن٘بھَاوِی کھَتَرِءآں لَئِی ڈھَان٘چِءآں دَا مُءآئِنَا کَرَنَ اَتے اُسَارِی دے مِءآرَاں دِی پَالَݨَا نُوں یَکِینِی بَݨَاؤُݨَ لَئِی نِرَدیشَ دِتّے۔
She also instructed officials to take strict legal action against those responsible for negligence or substandard construction and to submit a detailed report on the condition of school buildings۔
The directive follows a deadly roof collapse at a private school in Lahore، where an eight-year-old boy was killed and several others were injured when a portion of an under-construction building gave way in Baghbanpura۔ گھَٹَنَا دے سَمیں سَکُولَ 'چَ سَمَرَ کَین٘پَ چَلَّ رِہَا سِی۔

سِیءاَیمَ مَرِیءاَمَ نَوَازَ نے بَچّے دِی مَوتَ 'تے دُکھَّ پْرَگَٹَ کِیتَا اَتے دُکھِی پَرِوَارَ نَالَ ہَمَدَرَدِی پْرَگَٹَ کِیتِی۔ اُسَنے لَاہَورَ دے کَمِشَنَرَ اَتے رَیسَکِؤُ ۱۱۲۲ دے ڈَائِرَیکَٹَرَ جَنَرَلَ توں رِپورَٹَ مَن٘گِی ہَے۔
The chief minister also directed authorities to provide the best available treatment to the injured and praised Rescue ۱۱۲۲ for rescuing more than ۱۰ children from the debris۔
